KILLING SHADE is now available.
It’s been a long road. I never thought I’d write 15 novels in one series, but here we are. KILLING SHADE is book 15 in the Jonathan Shade series, and it’s been released for your reading pleasure. I hope you enjoy it.

What’s next? Good question. I have several projects in progress. Whichever one calls to me the loudest will get my attention.
Meanwhile, I can offer a movie suggestion, and recommend some books I’ve read in the last month or so. The last movie I attended was The Fall Guy, and it was a total blast. Lee Majors and Heather Thomas from the original TV show have a cameo in the mid-credits sequence. Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt have great chemistry. Check this one out on the big screen. Fun action, good humor, cool stunts.
A few book recommendations: Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones (a re-read for me, and still absolutely delightful). Light from Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki (a Hugo Award nominee with plenty of humor and interesting characters you’ll care about). The Pulp Jungle by Frank Gruber (hard to get this one, but I loved it because it’s Gruber talking about what it was like to write for the pulps from when he broke in back in the 1930s until he moved to Hollywood in the 1940s).
Enjoy the new novel and take care!
